Applied immediately

Practical, hands-on activities allow you to use what you learn right away.

Limited to 30 leaders per session

Most supervisors were never trained to lead.

They were promoted because they were great at their work. Now they’re stuck between the floor and management—and what made them successful before doesn’t necessarily make them great leaders. They’re wearing so many hats, they feel overwhelmed and poorly equipped with the skills they need. New leaders can lose trust, take on too much, avoid hard conversations, or depend too heavily on their own manager.

When frontline leaders are equipped

Problems get solved where they happen
Accountability becomes clear
 Leaders stop being the bottleneck
Teams have confidence and feel supported

The Fearless Frontline Leadership Certificate is earned through application on the job. And it is howRun Improve Grow ®shows up in real life.

Not another training program

Most training lives in binders, focuses on concepts, and is hard to apply to real work. This certificate is different.

Delivered to thousands of frontline leaders
Developed from work in real manufacturing environments
Focused on daily behavior, not abstract theory
Designed to give you confidence even on your busiest days

Everything connects back to your work, your team, every day.

It’s not about knowing more.

It’s about becoming a leader that people actually want to follow.

Common Questions

Who is this training for? +

This is built for frontline supervisors, team leads, and others who will soon be stepping into leadership roles on the floor. If someone is responsible for people and results—but hasn’t had formal leadership training—this is a fit.

It’s also great for managers who are sending their frontline leaders through the training.

What if someone has been leading for years? +

Most frontline leaders have been promoted because they are great at what they do, not for leading others. Even experienced supervisors usually haven’t been trained on how to set expectations, manage people, and solve problems consistently. This course focuses on those fundamentals.

How much time does the training take each week? +

Plan on about 3 hours per week.

That includes sessions and applying what’s covered during normal work. It’s designed to fit into a full schedule, not sit outside of it.

Is this online or in person? +

It’s a cohort-based program delivered online.

Leaders go through it together in a small group, with real-world applications, activities, and live sessions included in the course.

Is this just another training course? +

No. This isn’t a library of content or something you watch and move on from. Leaders will be able to apply what they learn each week in their actual work to make it stick.

What does certificate actually mean? +

Certificate means the leader completed the program and applied the core practices in their real environment. It’s not just attendance—it reflects that the work was done and practiced.

How many people are in each cohort? +

Each cohort is limited to about 25 to 30 leaders.

Small enough to stay practical and interactive, large enough to bring different perspectives.

Can we enroll multiple leaders from the same company? +

Yes, and that’s often where this works best.

When multiple leaders train together, they build a shared language, align around the same operating principles, and create more consistency across the company.

Can we create a dedicated training cohort just for our company? +

Yes. We offer dedicated company-only cohorts made up exclusively of leaders from your organization.

This is often the best fit when you want to train a full leadership team, department, or cross-functional group together. A private cohort allows the examples, discussions, and application work to stay focused on your company’s real challenges.
